I think the shirt should say: "Don't bring back Tuberville. Everyone needs to move on. He needs to move on, we need to move on. It was fun while it lasted, but it's time to go. bye." Maybe some of that should spill over on to the back if there's not room.
I hate to say it but it was time for a change. Our offensive output since '04 has been steadily going downhill and the attempt at the T. Franklin offense was, well, offensive, we head in different direction. Where I don't know. I don't want the guy from Texas Tech. I wish that when I had left jobs in the past (my decision) the previous employer would've said, "here's a year's salary, it's the right thing to do." It's good that he will still be visible around Auburn. Go Gators, chomp on some elephants. Larry A.
Apparently the university press conference today said that they wanted tommy to stay another year but that tommy said he wanted to take time off. (?)
ReplyDeleteI feel like they probably asked him to fire some of his assistants and he refused, but no one around here seems to know anything.
There are signs in downtown Auburn that say, "We Want Tubs Back!"

ReplyDeleteWell I certainly would not buy that shirt.
ReplyDeleteAnd I don't especially care for your tone. Let me guess, you never believed in Santa Clause either.
I miss my Tubby
ReplyDeleteI'm thinking "Totally F****ed" would be a better shirt for the 2009 season.
