基本情況
周智,男,1973年生,湖南永州人。博士、博士後、二級教授,海南大學博士生導師,分别于1996年、1999年和2003年獲得學士、碩士和博士學位,并于2003、2008至2010年及2013年在美國斯坦福大學、密蘇裡科技大學學習工作及科技LJ人才培訓。2010年入選“教育部新世紀優秀人才支持計劃”、2011年入選“遼甯省人才工程(百人層次)”、2015年入選“江蘇省雙創人才”、2017年入選“江蘇省六大人才高峰”(B類)、2020年入選“國家級人才工程”,2023年獲得“國務院政府特殊津貼”等。兼任國際結構健康監測協會(ISHMII)理事、中國結構抗振控制與健康監測專業委員會常務委員、中國儀器儀表學會設備結構健康監測與預警分會理事、《Pacific Science Review》、《中國測試》、《油氣儲運》等期刊編委。負責完成“863”項目、國家科技支撐項目、“973”項目(子項)、國家自然科學基金(重點)、重大工程應用及産業化項目60餘項(含國家基金項目8項)。發表期刊學術論文200餘篇(其中SCI期刊收錄70餘篇),學術專著4部(章節),授權國家發明專利20餘項,完成标準6部、軟件著作5項,國内外特邀報告30餘次。獲得國家科技進步二等獎1項、省部級獎勵7項。培養博士後4人、畢業博士15人、碩士70餘人。
針對重大工程安全監測與災害防治關鍵科學問題,在“高性能傳感器網絡與結構健康監測”和“纖維增強樹脂材料(FRP)及其海島工程應用”兩個方向上做了系統研究。主要成果包括:國内較早推動結構安全監測用工程化光纖傳感技術,實現了産業化;提出和發展了結構損傷行為的系列監測方法與技術,包括針對大變形、裂紋監測要求的同軸電纜傳感器(大于15%量程)、結構疲勞特征刻畫的數字式無線疲勞傳感器、探測沖刷深度和範圍的遠程非接觸式監測技術;從橋隧、道路、建築、邊坡等工程特征出發,建立了結構健康監測系統與工程示範,并擴展到物聯網以及大數據分析和評價。此外,針對海島(含島礁)工程建設發展需要,發展了系列纖維增強樹脂複合材料(FRP)制品(筋、闆、管、拉索)以及内嵌鋼材/鋼絲的高模量、抗剪切的 FRP 制品;提出與發展了内嵌智能敏感元件的 FRP 智能部品;從智能建造出發,考慮建築工業化需求,研發了系列裝配式智能部品及其智能結構;發展了長壽命 FRP-海水海砂混凝土結構,實現了海南海洋牧場、抗震加固等工程示範。
